IMPOTENCIES, Disability, Incapacity, invalid, unable, weak, infirm, lame, dead.

These Natural Powers may be distributed into such as are

More particular; viz. the Faculties that are
- RATIONAL. I.
- Sensitive.
  - INWARD. II.
  - OUTWARD. III.

More general; being either
- SPIRITUAL. IV.
- Corporeal; relating to the good of the
  - INDIVIDUUM. V.
  - SPECIES. VI.

based on strength of mental agent being
- NATURAL POWER
- ability , potential , skill , aptitude , competency
Mind + wheel + cup ( agent of mind having capacity to hold or carry )
- based on long term interaction with the content of cup and senses
  - socially common gathering of sense
    - common sense , common perception , logical perception
    - LANGUAGE
- based on the nature of acquiring the content of cup
  - Sensory agents or sensory organs receiving
    - SPECULATIVE ACTIONS
    - based on time and depth of accquisition ( arrow + sense + time )
